“Ms. Bichsel is one of those teachers that come around once in a lifetime, that students remember forever and who truly changes lives. My daughter has been struggling with depression and anxiety for several months, and I cannot tell you how much it means to me or how grateful I am that Ms. Bichsel continues to reach out to me consistently, genuinely willing to do anything she can to help. She provides updates, praise, and lets me know when she can tell my daughter is struggling, wondering what more she can do to help. She is truly making a difference in her life and helping her succeed. I appreciate so much that she reaches out without judgement, but only love. Her love gives my daughter the confidence she needs to keep trying. Tonight, as my daughter cried and cried to me about how hard of a time she’s been having, she told me that she felt so alone sometimes. Then, she said, “Well, Ms. Bichsel helps me.”

I am continually impressed with how much Ms. Bichsel has done for my daughter and our family. She has been instrumental in helping us get the support and direction my daughter needs to keep trying.
