“Mrs.Stireman is an incredible teacher. She always has a happy face and is genuinely happy. She makes every single day fun and new and different. Each class period is different and she knows that and she is easy at adapting to that. No matter what comes at her she handles it with a positive attitude and that energy reflects onto her students. Her classroom has a good balance of hands on learning that helps each student learn in there own way and not just sit there mindlessly staring at a computer screen. As annoying as health class can be she makes it fun and enjoyable and emphasizes on the importance of mental and emotional and physical health. She’s good at letting her students know that if they need to talk to someone she will always be there to listen and offer advice. She is great at having a good relationship with her students. She keeps them engaged and makes learning fun. She emphasizes the importance of healthy eating because some kids struggle with that and also has snack and hygiene products in a cart ready for students to use if they ever need them. From a students perspective she’s just about the best teacher ever and kids actually learn in her class.
That’s why I’m nominating her because she truly deserves it.
