“Mrs DeFerrari is such a kind and caring person. I know that she loves each student in her class. She takes the time to listen to each of them one at a time, which is hard with 26 kids in her class. I’ve seen her take aside a student and work them with them individually always encouraging them, that they can succeed. If a child hasn’t been successful on an assignment, rather than just put their score, she also puts “come see me 😀” as if the smiley face is saying “I would be happy to help you”. My son was super disappointed that he was being left out in an after school program, and she took the time to listen and help him feel calm and happy.”
