“Ms. Caldwell is a dynamic teacher! Her students are so engaed in learning and are constantly practicing concepts without even knowing it. She has created a climate of love, acceptance, and belonging where every student has a right to learn. She excels working with children with disabilites in her class and including them making them a valued member of her class. Ms. Caldwell has been in kindergarten for eleven year and changes her practices to follow the newest research and knowledge in how students learn best and succeed.
As a team member Ms. Caldwell will drop everything to ensure her teammates are successful and supports all students in the school. She is always available for questions and to share anything that she has created. There is honestly not a better teacher and advocate for ALL children then Ms. Caldwell.”
