“Mrs. Heslop is a first year teacher at what some would consider a very challenging school. She meets that challenge with a 1 by 1 approach. She is constantly on the lookout for things that can help her second graders succeed. As with many teachers, Mrs. Heslop’s work day does not end when the final bell rings. She can often be found grading papers and preparing lessons late into the night even on holidays and weekends.”
