She has an incredible ability to truly know and understand the unique needs of each of her students, meeting them with patience, compassion, and skill. Her natural ability to connect with students and create a supportive, meaningful learning environment is evident in everything she does.
What makes her story even more inspiring is that her journey began in this very same classroom as a junior in high school when she volunteered almost daily. It was there that she discovered her passion for serving students with exceptional needs. Now, in just her second year as the classroom teacher, she is already making a remarkable impact. Her dedication, intuition, and heart for this work make her exceptionally deserving of recognition.”
