“Mrs. McKenna Bennett teaching style has truly amazed me. She makes sure students feel important and loved each day they step through her door. It is evident whenever I witness her teaching or interacting with her students that she genuinely loves teaching and values these children. Every day in her classroom, enrichment and positive reinforcement are emphasized. To keep her students engaged, she uses a variety of learning resources. I am just impressed at how much daily integration of these various learning models she uses in her instruction. Every lesson she teaches she goes above and beyond to make it exciting. There isn’t a day that goes by that my son doesn’t mention how much fun he had at school that day. At the beginning of the year my son didn’t like to read. Now, he loves reading and has made huge progress with his reading level. My son is learning and growing so much. This is all due to the well rounded and amazing educator Mrs. Bennett is for her students. She shows up everyday for these kids and goes above and beyond what is required of an educator. I will always be grateful for Mrs. Bennett for giving my son a passion for reading and instilling a love of learning in him. I believe this hard work and dedication deserves praise.”
