“This year has thrown everyone for a loop. Mrs. Iverson came to her position two weeks before the start of the school year and has not missed a beat. She quickly established hybrid learning. When the district went back to in-class learning she willingly supported my request to keep my student enrolled in her class, but learn from home. She continued to support remote learning for my one student! When he rejoined the class in January she made sure he transitioned well. I couldn’t be more grateful for all her sacrifices to support my student’s learning experience (and my at home teaching efforts). I know that my student is not the only one she has supported in their unique needs and circumstances. She is a true professional and a just plain wonderful human being.”

“Like most parents, I was worried about the upcoming school year and the pandemic. Mrs. Iverson put me right at ease. As things changed from the hybrid to full time in-person class, she was steadfast and undaunted. My child has struggled this year and instead of throwing up her hands and giving up, she has worked with me continuously to get things on the right path. Mrs. Iverson has the rare ability to make her students feel like they are the only one in the room; she cares and wants them to succeed. I remain amazed by her dedication and love for the students.”
