“Mrs. Thompson is full of engery, hard work and love! She works diligently every day to find creative ways to help her students of all skills and abilities internalize math. She keeps things fresh, changing things up so they don’t get bored, and is always smiling. She is encouraging, even when the situation could be distressing. She is passionate about helping the students, even when some of the students aren’t passionate about helping themselves. She shows the students she cares and then they care more about what she is trying to teach them. She exhibits tireless effort to help her students become a well-rounded person and is passionate about her role in helping mold their lives, not just teaching math concepts.
