“Mr. Chung is a true angel to our family. My son has type 1 diabetes and every time the school takes a trip far away where they stay overnight for the whole week (whether it’s Southern UT or Jackson, Wyoming), Mr. Chung communicates with me constantly to keep me informed of my son’s progress. Being far away and not knowing what foods/activities my son will be taking part in and whether his medical devices will be working well or not weigh heavily on my mind that whole week. But Mr. Chung’s conscientious and caring attitude eases my uncertainty a great deal every time. He also empowers my son to take care of his own medical needs with great love and encouragement. Our family is indebted to Mr. Chung for his above and beyond responsibility of being a teacher! Please consider his nomination seriously. Thank you.”
