“Mrs. Anderson is such an amazing teacher! Our family has been incredibly lucky to have both of our sons have her as their 3rd grade teacher. She exudes love, patience and encouragement, and her classroom is such a safe space for students to flourish and really come into their own. Our youngest son really struggled with going and being at school… it was a lot of “my stomach hurts”, “I don’t feel goods” and tears at drop-off all thru his 2nd grade year. His 3rd grade with Mrs. Anderson completely changed him. He was excited to go to school! He was happy to be there! He literally didn’t want to miss days. I even heard similar stories from parents of other students in her class, that their child had almost become a new kid with this new drive for going to school. She has a warmth about her that is just beyond special and being a teacher is her calling. The amount of care she has for each and every student that passes thru her classroom.. past, present and future… is unmatched. She is so deserving of recognition for all that she does for her students.”
