She still has so much energy and love for everyone of her students. She teaches 1st grade and is an amazing reading teacher. My daughter was very behind when she started 1st grade and is now reading at grade level, thanks to Mrs. Payne! She is exactly what a teacher should be, strict enough to help the children learn, but fun and loving enough to create relationships with her students. We are so grateful for a life-changing teacher.
