“This teacher really cares!!!!! She makes learning so much fun but what really makes her incredible is her heart. She taught my daughter last year while I was either on bed rest or in the hospital with a very high risk pregnancy. My daughter did online school until I delivered and went to in person after. Mrs. Broderick came to our house several times to meet Eloise and bring supplies for projects for her and to ask if we had any questions. As an in person teacher, her warmth could be felt every day and my daughter looked forward to going to school everyday. Mrs. Broderick even did a “Disneyland day” where she pulled out all the stops. She printed the kids tickets, had a huge castle, and each “ride” was a review station. It made review so much fun! Now my daughter is in the next grade but it doesn’t stop Mrs. Broderick from caring. She still says hi and shares her beautiful smile. I just got a message that she hopes Eloise has a good fall break! You don’t find many teachers with this much heart and so much soul that they put into the classroom. She definitely deserves to be recognized!”
