“Mr. Frickelton is a silent hero at our school. He does so much hard work behind the scenes and he touches every aspect of our society. Our students are from all over the world and they are deeply affected by Mr. Frickelton’s musical influence and compassion. He is made of values and commitment, which he brings to all classrooms.”
“Mr. Frickelton has taught every student in our school, from Kindergarten to 6th grade, how to sing the entire National Anthem… on a daily basis. He has taught them what our flag stands for and how to stand and sing proudly and respectfully. It’s an amazing sight to see the youngest students singing the verses and staring at the flag so respectfully. The many refugees in our school show how proud they are to be here, everyday, through the example of Mr. Frickelton’s humble attitude.”
“He often teaches in the after-school programs when needed and he has been to known to take the children to recess or lunch when the need arises. The children love him and try their best everyday to make him proud. He is truly a miracle worker in today’s society.”
