“Ms. Dumas is a STRIDE teacher at Terra Linda Elementary in West Jordan Utah. She is my Sons teacher he is in 2nd grade and is on the Autism Spectrum. Ms Dumas has gone above and beyond with working with my son on a daily basis with grace and honor and she seems o enjoy her teaching and I want to thank her and nominate her for teacher of the week, month or year. She specializes with Special needs students and has so much patients with the kids and I have seen a huge improvement in my sons motor skills and attitude towards new activities and interaction with people and his overall learning and I thank Ms. Dumas and the staff at Terra Linda Elementary for helping my son. My son has been in a couple previous elementary schools since he has been in school and has only been in regular classrooms so what Terra Linda Elementary is doing with STRIDE is a excellent thing for special needs kids. Thank you for your time.”

“Taylor is so great with my son Justin. She has been his teacher for the past 3 years in the Stride program with him being on the Autism Spectrum Mrs Dumas is so patient and kind to all her kids in the class they are all special needs. She reaches out to me with his performance or if he needs attention in some way. She is honest and caring about his IEP for the school year and makes sure he excells at his strenghts and works with his weaknesses. I want to say thank you to Taylor and she desevers to be recognized for all that she does not only for my son but all the kids she teaches thank you.”
