“Mrs. Sterzer is so loving and fun with her students. She strives to make a difference in every students life who she teaches. She spends her own money to buy resources for her class to have flexible seating. She wanted to make more of an impact and is currently going back to school to get her masters in administration. She works almost 12 hours a day to make sure her students have good lessons with interactive learning. She can be strict but always makes sure her students knows that she loves them. She is fun and will teach her students life skills when she gets the chance. Her primary focus is on teaching them to have a growth mindset so they know they can do hard things. She is absolutely amazing!”
