“Todd has been teaching for 32 years and is the most dedicated teacher I have ever known. Every where we go he is recognized by past students. We have been on vacation in California, Hawaii, Mexico, and there is always a past student that screams out his name. Our kids used to get so embarrassed by it when we were on vacation. His past students and current students just love him. He is known as “Slade” at East High School and is a master at his craft of teaching graphics. He deeply cares about making a difference in every students education experience when they enter his classroom. He spends countless hours on the weekends grading and making sure his curriculum is in a place that will keep the students engaged. He has had many past students start their own businesses and it is all because they took his graphics class. I find it amazing that his dedication to his students does not waiver. He is amazing and has dedicated his life to his students. Thank you for considering him for your Teacher of the Month.”
