Alpine Loop closed due to high traffic conditions

SALT LAKE CITY — Alpine Loop closed on Saturday due to a “traffic hazard” and a “heavy area traffic.”
The Utah Department of Transportation said westbound state Route 92 was closed at Aspen Grove due to a traffic hazard.

As of noon, UDOT said there was no projected time for the roadway to re-open.
