Crash causes traffic on I-80 at mouth of Parley’s Canyon

SALT LAKE CITY — A crash at the mouth of Parley’s Canyon caused traffic to back up on Saturday.
According to the Utah Department of Transportation, the crash happened on westbound I-80in Salt Lake County.
By 1:30 p.m., traffic was slowly moving by the crash and was backed up about a mile.
At one point traffic was completely stopped and UDOT said the left lane was closed as the vehicle involved in the crash was moved to the side of the road.
