Head-on crash on SR-24 in Wayne County kills 1, injures 2 others

SALT LAKE CITY — One person was killed and two others were injured when a car traveling south on SR-24 crossed the center line and crashed into another car.
The Utah Highway Patrol said the driver of a tan Buick LeSabre died at the crash scene. A driver and passenger of a Hyundai Santa Fe were hospitalized with serious injuries.

In an email to KSL, the UHP said they were investigating impairment as a possible contributing factor to this deadly crash.
