Semi fire closes eastbound I-80 near Wanship

WANSHIP, Utah — Officials are responding to a semi that caught fire on eastbound I-80 near Wanship. Traffic is being diverted and officials are asking drivers to take an alternate route.
Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Cameron Roden said the tractor and trailer of a semi have separated. The trailer has caught fire near milepost 156.
Roden said there are no injuries reported.
As reported by @UDOTTRAFFIC, EB I-80 is closed at MP 156 (Wanship) due to a fully engulfed semi trailer fire. Traffic is being diverted at Exit 155 and being turned around. Please avoid the area or use alternate routes.

All eastbound lanes are closed, and traffic is being diverted onto Exit 155.
Authorities are trying to get one lane open.
The Utah Department of Transportation said all lanes on I-80 were reopened shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday night.
