SALT LAKE CITY — Crews cleaned up after a semitruck carrying seeds crashed on Interstate 80 in Tooele County on Wednesday morning.
Lt. Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol said the semi was traveling eastbound when it crashed and overturned.
The crash temporarily blocked a portion of the left lane and all of the right lane, allowing traffic to move past the crash by using the median shoulder.
Roden said the Utah Department of Transportation brought in a street sweeper and a front end loader to clean up the crash, along with a type of seed that spilled out of the semi when it crashed.
There were no serious injuries reported in relation to this crash.
