SALT LAKE CITY — A TRAX train and a garbage truck crashed into one another on Wednesday in South Jordan, according to Utah Transit Authority.
Gavin Gustafson with UTA said one person who was in the garbage truck had non-life-threatening injuries.
Just after 7 a.m., UTA said the Red Line would see “significant delays” from South Jordan Parkway Station to Daybreak Parkway Station. A van bridge was set in place for passengers near the two stops.
