SALT LAKE CITY — People in need of affordable housing in Ogden now have some more options, with 176 new units available to rent.
The 25th and Quincy apartment complex is one of four projects the housing company J. Fisher is working on in the area.
Quincy is an affordable housing project and has one or two-bedroom apartments. They are only open to people who make 60% or less of the area median income, which is around $50,600 for one person.
The complex is only a mile from downtown Ogden and very close to the Ogden Express Bus line.
Building Salt Lake reports that just down the street from this building is the WonderBlock project, which will add another 350 units to the city, a grocery store, retail spaces and office units.
