SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Transportation removed a large boulder off Interstate 70 early Thursday after the rock fell onto the roadway.
Sheriff Tyson Huntington with the Emery County Sheriff’s Office said the rock was located on eastbound lanes through Spotted Wolf.
“This behemoth of a boulder landed on the road created a bit of a traffic hazard,” Huntington said.
