Charges dismissed for Utah doctor who allegedly destroyed COVID-19 vaccines, gave fake records

SALT LAKE CITY — The federal charges against a Utah plastic surgeon who allegedly destroyed COVID-19 vaccinations and issued fake vaccination record cards, have been dropped.
U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in an X post on Saturday that the U.S. Department of Justice dropped the charges against Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr.
At my direction @TheJusticeDept has dismissed charges against Dr. Kirk Moore.
Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.

With their parents permission, Moore was accused of giving minors shots filled with saline, instead of the COVID-19 vaccine. He would then allegedly issue fake COVID-19 record cards to those who received the saline shots.
Moore’s Midvale plastic surgery business and his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, were also allegedly involved with Moore’s now dismissed charges.
