Portions of I-15 near Kaysville closing nightly for construction later this month

SALT LAKE CITY — Overnight closures on Interstate 15 near Kaysville are scheduled for several days later this month.
The Kaysville Police Department said in a post to Facebook, that the closures will take place between 200 N. and Park Lane starting on April 18.

During the closures, construction crews will work on the Shepard Lane overpass.
According to KPD, traffic will be redirected onto Kaysville’s Maine Street and 200 N. It said Kaysville residents should expect night noise, vibrations, construction lighting, and truck traffic and noise while crews work. Police also encourage drivers to plan for delays.
The closures on I-15 will take place on the following dates:
- Friday, April 18 from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Monday, April 21 to Thursday, April 24 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night
- Friday, April 25 from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.
UDOT said these times are subject to change.
