Man missing for nearly two weeks found dead in Grand County

SALT LAKE CITY — A man who was missing for two weeks was found dead in Grand County Saturday morning.

The body of Jason Patman was found in a remote area of the La Sal Mountains. Police requested the public’s help in locating him on Friday.

The Grand County Sheriff’s Office released a statement, explaining their initial investigation led officers to believe he died following an accident with a “motor vehicle.”

The officers do not believe foul play was involved.
