Man missing from Ogden found in California, police say

SALT LAKE CITY — A missing Ogden man has been found safe in Visalia, Calif., according to the Ogden Police Department.

Coltin Jett, 20, went missing near West 17th Street wearing a blue hoodie and black shoes in November.

“The Ogden City Police Department has confirmed that Coltin Jett has been safely located,” an Ogden Police press release states. “He was found in Visalia, California, and investigators have been in contact with Coltin’s mother. She is now with Coltin at a relative’s home in California as they prepare to return to Utah.”

The family has reportedly expressed appreciation for the detectives assigned to the case and the support shown by the community.
