Student stabbed in West Jordan High School parking lot, police say

WEST JORDAN — A student was stabbed at West Jordan High School on Wednesday, police said. Their condition was unknown.

The West Jordan Police Department said a fight took place between students in the parking lot of the school. One student later turned up at a nearby hospital with “injuries consistent with a stabbing,” police said.

West Jordan police said officers had a suspect in custody, and that the fight was over by the time they got there.
