Train and vehicle collision causes traffic in South Jordan

SALT LAKE CITY — A train and a vehicle crashed on Tuesday morning, causing delays for travelers in South Jordan, according to Utah Transit Authority.
Gavin Gustafson with the UTA said the train did not derail when the collision occurred and no riders were hurt, however the driver of the vehicle received minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
UTA said a bus bridge was put in place due to the crash from the Daybreak Parkway station to 5600 West.
