Unified Police Department searching for missing 18-year-old

SALT LAKE CITY— Unified Police Department Special Victims Unit is searching for a missing 18-year-old who was last seen on April 6.

According to UPD, Andrea “Andrew” Mathew was last seen in the parking lot of St. Mark’s Hospital. He was wearing a grey hoodie, checkered black and white pajama pants, and Spongebob Squarepants slippers.

Mathew was described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall with dark skin. He has black hair and brown eyes.

“If located contact dispatch at (801) 840 – 4000 or SVU Specialist Blakeslee at (385) 468 – 9858 or at (801) 718 – 6034,” read a UPD Facebook post.
