Utah neighborhood puts a fun twist on Elf on the Shelf

A neighborhood in Bountiful is getting ready for the holidays with a larger-than-life-sized Elf on the Shelf. Neighbors call it an “Elf Relocation Program.”
One resident created this almost person-sized elf, and now everyone takes turns stealing it from each other’s porches and yards, to put into their yards.
There are rules: the elf has to be visible from the road, and the person who steals it the most wins a prize on New Year’s Day.
