SALT LAKE CITY — Firefighters battled a large fire in Harrisville Wednesday night that burned down a commercial building.
According to the North View Fire District, the fire broke out at an attached garage for a business at a construction yard around 9:15 p.m., at a building belonging to the company Infitness Nutritional Manufacturing, which is a nutritional supplements maker in Harrisville.

The garage was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. Firefighters said they could see the flames from miles away because of how tall the fire was.
“We had difficulty with the garage door that was in the way, so we had to get that moved,” said Ryan Barker, deputy chief fire marshal for the North View Fire District. “After we got that all out of the way, but… we had it contained within about 20 minutes.”
Damages from the fire were reported to be extensive. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
Fire officials reported no injuries from the fire.
