Remains of woman missing for a decade found in Duchesne County

DUCHESNE, Utah — Human remains found in Duchesne County have been identified by the Utah Office of Medical Examiners as those of Amy Louise Westreicher. The remains were found by a landowner.
According to the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, Westreicher was reported missing in 2010. At that time she went missing, she was reportedly around the age of 32 and had been living in the area of Roosevelt, Utah.
At the time of her disappearance, Westreicher had been living at a residence in the Duchesne County area.
Westreicher has been listed as missing since 2010.
