Update: No injuries after school bus involved crash in South Ogden

OGDEN, Utah – Heavy traffic was reported in South Ogden at U-S 89 and 850 East. Police diverted drivers to different routes as northbound lanes were down to one and all southbound lanes were closed down.
According to the South Ogden Police Department, officers were dispatched to a traffic accident located at the intersection of 850 East and Highway 89.
It was reported the incident involved a passenger vehicle and a Weber School District bus. The passenger vehicle was heading westbound on Highway 89 through the intersection and the school bus was heading southbound through the intersection.
The passenger vehicle reportedly ran the red light causing a collision with the school bus which was going through the intersection on a green light.
No injuries were reported by the occupants in either vehicle.
A school bus is involved in the crash with no reported injuries. Several emergency vehicles on site.
