SALT LAKE CITY — Soccer fans are celebrating at the Utah Capitol following Argentina’s World Cup win Sunday.

Despite the below-freezing temp, hundreds of people gathered at the state capitol.

“Just a spectacular day,” KSL.com’s Spencer Ryan Hall said in a tweet.
