Man recovering after he was shot near Jordan River Parkway Trail

UTAH COUNTY, Utah — A man is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot last night near the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
The Salt Lake City Police Department said at 12:16 a.m. Friday, they responded to a man with a gunshot wound near 250 North and the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
They said once they found the man, they began CPR. Paramedics then took the man to the hospital.
Police said they are working to find more information surrounding the shooting and will speak with the victim.
