SPANISH FORK, Utah — A person was killed in a head-on collision traveling eastbound on US-6 through Spanish Fork Saturday.

Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Michael Gordon said a sedan was traveling east when it crossed the median of the highway and struck a minivan driving westbound head-on.

Gordan said the driver of the sedan died from their injuries following the crash.

The two people traveling in the minivan were seriously injured and transported to a local hospital.
