Weather delaying school start times Wednesday morning

OGDEN, Utah — Wednesday morning’s winter storm has resulted in some schools delaying their start times or opting for virtual learning.
Ogden School District announced a 2-hour delay for start times. Morning half-day programs are canceled.
Ascent Academy in Farmington will be on a a 2-hour delay as well. Saint Joseph Catholic High School and Elementary are also delayed.
Due to weather conditions Ogden School District is enacting a 2-hour delayed start. Half-day a.m. programs will be canceled. Half-day p.m. programs have no change. Please travel carefully.

Box Elder School opted for a virtual day because of the storm. According to the district, all assignments will be available to students by 10 a.m.
