US Women win big with one-two finish in Mogul World Cup at Deer Valley

SALT LAKE CITY — The US Women were dominant on the podium at the Intermountain Health Freestyle World Cup moguls at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.

The first night of the Intermountain Health Freestyle International saw the US Women dominate the top of the podium with a one-two finish. Olivia Giaccio took the top spot, while her teammate Jaelin Kauf picked up second place. Hinako Tomitaka followed them in third.

However, the men’s podium was absent any US Men; Mikael Kingsbury of Canada took first. Ikuma Horishima of Japan was second, and Filip Gravenfors of Sweden took third. Nick Page of the US finished fifth, Landon Wendler (US)  finished eighth, and Charlie Mickel (US) rounded out the top 10.
