One person critically injured in Salt Lake City stabbing

SALT LAKE CITY — A 32-year-old man is in critical condition after being stabbed in what police say was a fight and attempted burglary.
At 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Salt Lake City Police Department received information that a person was stabbed at 1st Av. and C St.
Police said the man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
According to police, those involved in the stabbing are likely to know one another. Police said no arrests have been made in connection to the incident.
Police are asking anyone who might know something about the incident to call 801-799-3000 or submit an anonymous tip using the City Protect App and reference case number 24-107903.
