Utah Republican primary election debate schedule for 2024

SALT LAKE CITY — The 2024 Republican primary election debate schedule kicks off on Monday in Utah. The Utah Debate Commission will host six debates between Monday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 12.
What does the Utah primary election debate schedule include?
The commission will host debates for candidates in the gubernatorial, U.S. Senate and state attorney general’s races. It will also host debates for candidates running for Utah’s 1st, 2nd and 3rd Congressional Districts.

The debate schedule is as follows:
Monday, June 10:
- 10 a.m.: Candidates for Utah’s 2nd Congressional District, Rep. Celeste Maloy and Colby Jenkins.
- 2 p.m.: Candidates for Utah’s 1st Congressional District, Rep. Blake Moore and Paul Miller.
- 6 p.m.: Candidates for U.S. Senate, Rep. John Curtis, Riverton Mayor Trent Staggs, Jason Walton and former Speaker of the House Brad Wilson.
Tuesday, June 11:
- 2 p.m.: Candidates for Utah attorney general, former state GOP Chairman Derek Brown, Frank Mylar and Rachel Terry.
- 6 p.m.: Candidates for governor, Gov. Spencer Cox and Rep. Phil Lyman.
Wednesday, June 12:
- 6 p.m.: Candidates for Utah’s 3rd Congressional District, Mayor of Roosevelt J.R. Bird, Utah State Auditor John Dougall, state Sen. Mike Kennedy, Case Lawrence and former Utah County Republican Party Chairman Stewart Peay.
