EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah — The arraignment for the driver accused of killing of two 3-year-old boys when he lost control of his car in 2022 was expected to occur on Wednesday.
Court documents show Kent Cody Barlow was driving over 100 miles per hour when he crashed into Cedar Valley Stables. His blood work showed large amount of methamphetamine in his system.
The arraignment for driver, Kent Cody Barlow is scheduled for 1 p.m. this afternoon.
The boys were hit and killed instantly, on May 2,2022 when Barlow crashed through several fences at over 100 miles per hour. The boys, Odin Ratliff and Hunter Jackson, were playing in a corral outside Cedar Valley Stables in Eagle Mountain at the time.
Barlow was originally charged with two accounts of man slaughter, but prosecution had the charges changed to two counts of first-degree murder under the theory of depraved indifference.
