BRIGHAM CITY, Utah — Friends of two teens, killed late Friday in a rollover crash west of Brigham City, are setting up fundraising efforts for their families.  River Manning, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, near 2000 S. on East Promontory Road.  Gage Manning, 17, was flown to an area hospital where he died later.

A GoFundMe account describes River Manning as a young man who loved competing in rodeo, who loved camping and the outdoors, and who made friends wherever he went.

Manning was in an SUV with four others when sheriff’s deputies say the driver lost control, over-corrected, then rolled.

Deputies said none of the occupants was wearing a seatbelt and all were ejected.

Gage Manning was flown to the hospital where he later died.  The other occupants, a 19-year old male, a 19-year old female and a 15-year old female were hospitalized according to a news release by the Box Elder County Sheriff’s Department.  All three are expected to survive.

Police continue to investigate the accident and say they’re looking at vehicle speed and alcohol consumption as possible factors.
