“Angie has been my rock since I have worked at Columbia. She looked out for me when she was the Culture Climate Specialist. Her empathy, understanding, and humor have brought light into even the most challenging days. She has laughed with me, cried with me, and listened to me vent about my adult children. She has a gift for making everyone feel valued and included.
As a Team Leader, Angie has the ability to guide and inspire those around her. She has a wealth of knowledge and I have yet to stump her with any of my questions. She is resourceful and knows who to call to get what we need. She possesses a unique blend of vision and action that motivates our team to strive for excellence. Under her leadership, we have pursued milestones that seemed daunting. She has shown us the power of working as a team and persevering through difficult times. She truly is the glue that holds our team together.”
