Early Sunday morning Taylorsville Police found Jorge Llamas-Galaviz in bed with a gunshot wound to his neck while his girlfriend, Ariana Aguilar, was on top of him.
Now she has been arrested, along with her daughter and three others.
Yesterday at 3:40 in the morning Taylorsville Police say someone called for an ambulance at the home of Jorge Llamas-Galaviz. Lieutenant Aaron Cheshire said they found him dead in his bedroom.
“And [he] appeared to have a gunshot wound to the neck,” Lt. Cheshire said. “The throat and neck area.”
They found his girlfriend, Ariana Aguilar, on top of him. Witnesses from the party say the couple had a fight, alleging he had hit her. The police affidavit says Aguilar returned with three males, forcing their way into his home and a shot was fired.
Her daughter, Natalie Aguilar, was later found in Ogden, where she admitted to arriving with others to pick up her mom. Ariana Aguilar was arrested for murder and aggravated burglary, and three underage male suspects are in custody.
