“Mrs. Baker is a Foods, FACS Exploration and College and Career Awareness teacher at Riverview Jr High in Murray currently. She has also taught, Child Development, Sewing, Interior Design and Fashion. She works hard preparing lessons that the students will enjoy and has her hands full doing that for 3 different classes every day. She has her foods classes do an assignment of cupcake wars, where they are given an ingredient they all use and come up with different kinds of cupcakes and present them to be judged by school administration and other teachers. The kids love it! Students love her classes and she has many in her classes 7th, 8th and 9th grades and some even come back when in high school to say hello. She deserves to be recognized for all she does for these kids. She is also the mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old and 8 month old. She is one busy person.”
