“Mrs. Reynolds is an incredible resource teacher at William Penn Elementary School. She is responsible for over 30 students from kindergarten through fifth grade. She not only teaches them academics, but helps with social skills and self improvement skills. Whenever one of her students needs a break from their other class, they are always welcome in Mrs. Reynolds class for some quiet time and a snack. She has contracts for a majority of her students and rewards their achievements with prizes and privileges. Mrs. Reynolds spends a large amount of her own time and money to make sure her students succeed. Her students know that they are loved and respected and they return those feelings to her.”
