“My child always said math was the least subject she liked. Maybe she really didn’t understand it. This year she had Mr Stevens. He is patent and kind and find ways to get the kids to understand. She now loves math. She is almost above her grade level, in fact helping her older sister in math. He is very good at a providing a positive learning environment and challenging students to help them achieve greatness. This teacher even makes his own chart for himself on the goals the kids reach. I feel he is someone that should know that he is doing such an amazing job. I would really love for him to be recognized for what an amazing teacher he is. Not just at math at all subjects and making class fun. Making them laugh once in a while. He sure has made a difference in my daughter’s life.”
